Sean has done two pedicures on me. After the first one, I requested him when I went back. He’s great!! Been going to Soleil for years. That should say something!

I had a problem with toe polish smearing, but went back right away and they were super sweet and re-did them for me. Just for your info, tip was not split correctly. I didn’t notice until I got home and looked at receipt. Not a big deal. He didn’t ask at check out and just split evenly between the 2 employees (15 each) but my intent was $10 per service - I had mani & pedi so Tammy should’ve received $20 and my sister had pedi only so Sean should’ve received $10. Next time I will make it clear. They both did a great job! Thank you.

Not happy that I was suddenly charged $10 extra for having square shaped nails- of which I have had for 30 yrs and have NEVER EVER been charged extra. I may be searching for another nail salon- I am displeased with the ownership's policy and greediness rather than their appreciation for longstanding reliable and faithful customers.
